The Third Stage has built a complete subsidiary for a company seeking to enter the UK market for the first time. This involved assembling a virtual team of experts from many disciplines, technical product and logistics experts, devices experts, legal and financial experts and a sales team. This team worked for 9 months to create a business for the client and included establishing a route to investment and AIM flotation. Our final act was to hire the full-time CEO, package the company and hand it back to its owners ready to roll.

Sadly we understand that due to problems back home the project did not come to fruition, however we are proud to have built this subsidiary and look forward to doing the same again in the future. The virtual team comprised real world executives with detailed knowledge and experience and The Third Stage can assemble similar teams when required for your project.
