In the last two years our key projects have been:

Building new on-line IP Website 

Building a platform for a new way of protecting and administering IP and Trade Mark protection on behalf of the leading Welsh Patent Attorney group Astrum-IP Ltd, to allow it to launch its new Greenlight website www.g-light.co.uk.  

Acting as CEO of the nascent subsidiary of an Australian ASX listed company in the UK. 

During the 11 month initiative the team brought part time expertise into a business that did not have funding for many full time staff, in the fields of device approvals, management, sales and marketing, legal/contractual services and logistics. The expert body was drawn from The Third Stage’s extensive network of industry contacts. Some worked occasional days as needed; one worked 50% of their time on the project. In addition The Third Stage brought in trusted sub-contract partners to build critical system elements and the company web site and negotiated key supplier support contract with banks and network operators on behalf of the business. The Third Stage managed the entire business build on behalf of the client, including recommending the full time CEO to whom the project was handed in November 2005.

Previous projects have included work on the future of mobile games and future directions for the mobile music market, and building the UK’s first mobile text donation service.
