How We Work
Customers tell us that we are good to work with, fun, and that we exceed their expectations - how do we work?
Initially we need to talk!
- Please make contact, we are not one of those companies that will charge you for a chat. So please call us, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or use the contact form on the site to get in touch. Let's have a chat and see if we can help you - if not we will tell you.
- If it looks like there is something there, we will give you a quotation for our work - this will be fixed price unless you ask for a daily rate. Once fixed it remains fixed unless you change the agreed scope of work.
- We agree the scope of work - it sounds simple but is important for both of us - we then sign it off. This may be a briefing document, a wireframe or a sitemap.
- We sign a simple, plain English contract.
Whilst we are working together
- We keep you informed and up to date at all times.
- We deliver on time - the only thing that can stop this is force majeure or if any deliverables not under our control (perhaps they are under your control) slip.
- We train you where that is part of the contract
- We jointly sign off the contract as complete.
And afterwards
- Where the project is ongoing we talk regularly.
- We ask that you tell your friends and networks about us - a lot of our business is through word of mouth - the best recommendations anyone can get.
- We keep you up to date about what we are doing in case you have other projects, but we will not bombard you with data.
As a company our philosophy is to do all that is reasonable to exceed your expectations. In return we expect to be treated respectfully and to have our invoices paid on time (or even early).
